I’m Nick – a scientist, father of three, school board member, and Warriors tragic since day one. My family and I have called Te Atatū home for over 10 years now. It’s a great place to live, and we love it here.

Like just about everyone, I want less harm from gambling and alcohol in our neighbourhoods. I also want more support for community groups, better local options, and a Trust that’s open, fair, and puts the community first.

I’m proud to be part of the Trusts Action Group – a bunch of locals who aren’t politicians, but who’ve put ourselves forward to make West Auckland a better place to live. We’ve got policies that will transform the Trusts. None of us are here to occupy a seat or collect a cheque — we’re here to make change.

Check out all our policies, but the game-changer is a referendum on the monopoly. It holds back the Trusts and the community — limiting investment, local character, and the great hospitality West Auckland deserves.
