My young family and I have called Avondale our home for over 5 years now and we very much hope to grow roots and contribute to the area and community.

I, like a lot of people moving into the area, was somewhat naïve to all The Trusts control in regard to alcohol sales and consumption, the criteria they require to hold a license, and the relationships between their taverns and the pokies, when we moved here. I also had thought they were more benevolent with the profits they make, than upon closer inspection, would seem to be. I strongly feel the Trusts Monopoly model does my neighbours and community a disservice and would appreciate the opportunity to hold the Trusts to account.
